Logging in to the iConnectData website, often called ICD, is safe and secure. When you receive the iConnectData email, your username, a link to your organization’s sign-in page, and an activation link will be included in the welcome message. To access ICD anytime after your first login, click the link to your organization’s sign-in page.

Activate

To activate your account, click the activate account button. You will be asked to set up a password and security question for your account.

  • Click Set Up to choose a password.
  • Your case-sensitive password must meet the following requirements:
  • At least twelve characters, including at least:
    • one lowercase
    • one uppercase letter
    • contain at least one number,
    • doesn’t include parts of your username
  • Re-enter your password, then click Next.

Set Security Question

Click Set Up to choose a security question.

  1. You can select an existing security question or create your own.
  2. Enter the answer to the security question into the answer field. Ensure that your answer is simple to remember.
  3. Click Verify.

MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)

On the authentication method screen, you can set up one of two verification methods: Okta Verify or Phone. Click Set up to set up your account for Okta Verify.

Then download the Okta Verify app from the App Store for iPhone or iPad, or on Google Play for Android devices.

  1. Open the app. For our example, we’re using an iPhone.
  2. Choose your account type by pressing Organization. You may be asked if you want to add an account from another device.
  3. Press skip. The next screen presents the question, Do you have your QR code?
  4. Press yes, ready to scan, and scan the QR code displayed on your desktop setup Okta Verify screen.
  5. Your account is securely added when you see an account added message. You can now securely sign in to iConnectData using Okta Verify.

Verification Complete

After verifying your account, you are directed to the iConnectData login page.

  1. Enter the email address associated with this account, and click Continue.
  2. On the next screen, once again, enter your email address into the user ID or email field.
  3. Enter your password into the password field.

Click Sign In. You are directed to the ICD main page, where you can begin managing your account.
