Locate and use the provider-specific instructions below to complete your setup process. If your provider is not listed, there are no specific instructions, or the provider is not set up in our system at this time. If you need assistance please send an email to telematicsupport@comdata.com.

  • Step 1. Inform us that you are interested in Enhanced Authorization Controls.

  • Step 2. Submit a Data Waiver Form

  • Step 3. Gather Vehicle Information. If you are a new customer, you will need to provide a list of vehicles and the tank capacity for each to telematicsupport@comdata.com. If you are an existing customer, follow the directions below to Provide Tank Capacity.

Provide Tank Capacity

Within your Account Management website, go to ReportQ to run a Vehicle Listing report.

  1. Remove all columns except for the Customer ID, Vehicle Number, and VIN.
  2. Add a Tank Capacity column.
  3. Enter the tank capacity for each unit. You can obtain this information from your maintenance shop or Asset department.
Note: To remove columns, select one or more table rows or table columns that you want to delete. You can also just select one or more cells in the table rows or table columns that you want to delete. On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click the arrow next to Delete, and then click Delete Table Rows or Delete Table Columns.
