Step 3. Gather Vehicle Information. If you are a new customer, you will need to provide a list of vehicles and the tank capacity for each to email@example.com. If you are an existing customer, follow the directions below to Provide Tank Capacity.
Step 4. Create Proximity Profile.
Provide Tank Capacity
Within your Account Management website, go to ReportQ to run a Vehicle Listing report.
- Remove all columns except for the Customer ID, Vehicle Number, and VIN.
- Add a Tank Capacity column.
- Enter the tank capacity for each unit. You can obtain this information from your maintenance shop or Asset department.
