To set up your OnRoad account, call a Comdata representative today. During setup, note that you are required to provide information on each driver who will receive a card so that we can comply with identity verification requests. Once the cards are delivered, you can begin loading money via iConnectData, Comdata’s online account management system.
When your drivers have their cards in hand, they can immediately access funds at any time. Note that on the company side of the card, you can limit purchases to specific products, just as you can today with traditional fuel cards. In addition, drivers can always check their balance for free on cardholder web (www.cardholder.comdata.com) or the OnRoad mobile app.
