Q: How To: Update or Reset Password

There are two ways to reset or change your password, depending on whether or not you are logged into your online portal. Not Logged In If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, click here or click the Forgot Password? link from the login page. You'll be prompted to enter your username and click Continue . The password reset email will come from no_reply@fleetcor.com . Logged In If you are able to log in but want to change your password, you can click here or go to My Settings page of your online dashboard. Note: If you are locked out of your account, or your account is locked, please contact customer support.

This is up to your choosing during account setup. The standard embossment is to place the driver’s name and company name on the card along with the full card number. If you don’t want the company name to display, inform your account representative.
