FleetAdvance Driver Performance provides insight into an individual driver’s fueling performance and details how their performance compares with that of other drivers in your fleet.

Driver fueling behavior is the largest opportunity for reducing fuel costs. That’s why we provide the Driver Scorecard. This tool allows customers to pinpoint and address areas of improvement in the fueling behavior of each of their drivers, thus improving their entire fleet’s performance.
Ranking
The ranking section is divided into four sections: bottom drivers, top drivers, drivers below the fleet average, and drivers above the fleet average.
At the bottom of each section you can click on View Drivers & Transactions for more details.
Each section will show a summary for that date range and allow visibility as to which drivers fall under this ranking and the transaction details.
To see additional information, select the driver’s name. The driver’s transaction details and alternative fuel locations will be displayed.
You can download this information by clicking the icon on that row.
More about Drivers
This section includes the driver’s score card, drivers’ trends, and drivers’ opportunities.
Driver Score Cards
To pull up an individual driver’s score card, click on the driver’s name or select the three dots on the right side of the screen.
From here, you have the following options:
- View Score Card & Transactions
- Download the selected driver scorecard
- Download selected driver transactions
Examining the Drivers Score Card
The Score Card Tab shows the following information:
- Transaction Score Metrics will show a percentage of high, medium and low score transactions.
- Activity Summary displays the Total Spend, Average PPG, Amount saved, Amount missed, number of transactions, and gallons.
- Performance displays the average score, fleet average score, your performance, your ranking, spending trend
- Fuel Locations lists fuel locations, average amount spent, location score, and number of transactions at this location.
Share this score card with your driver.
At the bottom of the screen, you can email the driver this report or download a PDF version, allowing your drivers to see their scores.
Transaction tab
To see the Transaction details, click on the Transaction tab. The tab will show a list of transactions for that date range and the score for each transaction. You can download the list of transactions by clicking on the Download (Excel) button at the bottom of the screen.
Drivers’ Trends
The Driver’s Trends report lists drivers for the selected date range. It shows the driver’s previous score, current score, score trend, previous fuel savings, current fuel savings, and fuel savings trend. You can download an Excel report by clicking the download button on the right-hand side of the screen.
Top Opportunities by Drivers/Chain/State
Shows areas of growth opportunities and drivers fueling habits. You can download an Excel report by clicking the download button on the right-hand side of the screen.
