Driven Mobile App How To’s

  1. Click Add New Card on the home screen
  2. Enter card details 
    • Card Number
    • Card Nickname (i.e., identifies card if multiple cards are added)
  3. Check the box to Set card as favorite (optional – determines if this card receives Peer-to-Peer transfers)
  4. Click Submit

  1. Click Card Settings from the wallet screen
  2. Select Remove Card from the available options
  3. Confirm that you want to remove the card by clicking Remove Card on the next screen
  4. Click OK on the Card Removed pop-up message

  1. Click Card Settings on the wallet screen
  2. Select Change Nickname from the from the available options
  3. Enter the new Nickname details
    • Card Nickname (i.e., identifies card if multiple cards are added)
  4. Click Submit
  5. Click OK on the Nickname Changed pop-up message
  1. Click Card Settings on the wallet screen
  2. Select Set New PIN from the available options
  3. Enter the required information
    • SSN or EIN
    • Exp Date
    • Security Code
    • New PIN
    • Confirm New PIN
  4. Click Set PIN
  5. Click OK on the New PIN Set pop-up message
  1. Click Transfer
  2. Select Bank Transfer
  3. Select which card to transfer money from
  4. Enter the amount of money to transfer
  5. Click Review
  6. Click Confirm Transfer

Note: If no value displays in the ‘To:’ line, the user must add a Bank Account for the selected card prior to initiating a Bank Transfer

  1. Click Transfer
  2. Select P2P Transfer
  3. Select which card to transfer money from
  4. Enter the username of the user you are sending money to
  5. Enter the amount of money to transfer
  6. If needed, add a note to the receiver about the transfer
  7. Click Review
  8. Click Confirm Transfer
  1. Click Transfer
  2. Select Create Comchek
  3. Select which card to transfer money from
  4. Enter the Comchek Draft number and confirm the number
  5. Enter the amount of money to transfer
  6. Click Review
  7. Click Confirm Transfer
  1. Click Transfer
  2. Select Express Code
  3. Select which card to transfer money to
  4. Enter Code
  5. Click Transfer
    Note: 
    You can check the balance of an express code by clicking Check Balance.
  6. You may be prompted to provide additional information depending on the express code. You may need to enter a Trip Number, Driver Number, Unit Number, or Payee Name.
  7. Click Confirm Transfer

We’ve made it easy to see card activity within the app; it’s on the wallet screen! To see more activity, click Activity.

  1. Click on the icon with two initials in the top right corner of any screen.
  2. Click Reset Password 
  3. Click Send Email
  1. Click on the icon with two initials in the top right corner of any screen.
  2. Click Update Email Address
  3. Enter New Email Address
  4. Confirm New Email Address
  5. Click Update Email Address
  1. Click on the icon with two initials in the top right corner of any screen.
  2. Click Bank Account(s)
  3. Select the card to change the bank account associated with it
  4. Enter Bank Account Number
  5. Confirm Bank Account Number 
  6. Enter the Routing Number
  7. Confirm the Routing Number 
  8. Select what Type of Account it is
  9. Check the box for “I certify that I am the owner or an authorized user of this account.”
  10. Click Change Bank Account
  11. Click Accept
  12. Click OK
    Note: it may take 7-10 business days to complete the setup of a new bank account
  1. Click on the Icon with two initials in the top right corner of any screen
  2. Click Settings
  3. Slide the toggle to the right to Enable Face ID Login or Enable Touch ID Login (only one option appears depending on the capabilities of the user’s phone)
    Note: The toggle will turn green when the feature is enabled.
