To delete your account in the mobile app and sign up again, follow these steps:

  1. In Settings, choose the option to delete a user.
  2. On the confirmation page, select the option to send a code.
  3. A verification code is sent to the user for entry.

 

Users will need to delete their access to the mobile app if they need to change their email address.
