What are the fees for expedited shipping?2020-05-13T17:29:21+00:00

The following fees will be applied to all overnight Mastercard card orders that are shipped
to the same address:

  • 1-5 cards* = $10
  • 6-10 cards* = $15
  • 11+ cards* = $15 + $1 for each additional card

* Local sales tax may apply. Applies to orders that are shipped to the same address

Fees are applied to the number of cards going to the same address. This means each card shipped to a different address is billed separately, as are orders sent to the same address but shipped on different days. For further explanation, see the scenarios in the table on the last page of this document.

How are expedited shipping charges billed?2020-05-13T17:33:20+00:00

Fees are assessed based on the total number of cards that are shipped to the same address. Please note that additional charges will apply on card orders that are shipped to different locations. You can view your expedited fees in two ways:

  • Using a new Expedited Fees Management report, which has been added to the Consolidated Invoice report options
  • As a total on the Miscellaneous Management report, also on the Consolidated Invoice
    report

What is changing in iConnectData (ICD)?2020-05-13T17:49:57+00:00

In a forthcoming ICD release, you will have the option to select an expedited shipping method (UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight) when ordering or replacing a Mastercard. Upon selecting an expedited option, you will be asked to confirm acceptance of the fees before the system processes your order. In addition, any next day order must be placed by 10:45 AM Central Time for the order to meet next business day delivery. Note that you cannot place expedited orders for P.O. box addresses.

Also, note that a Comdata Customer Relations representative must grant your ICD account access to the expedited shipping options. You can choose who you wish to have access to ordering expedited delivery options.
