What is the Comdata Fleet Manager App?
The Comdata Fleet Manager app gives fleets the power to manage their account anytime, anywhere from the convenience of a mobile device. With the Fleet Manager mobile app, you can view and update driver and vehicle information, send one-time product overrides, assist drivers with transaction declines, and view daily and cycle card limits all in the palm of your hands while on-the-go.
Comdata Fleet Manager connects fleet administrators to their drivers instantaneously, eliminating the need for a laptop after business hours and boosting fleet performance with faster funding and fueling controls.
The Comdata Fleet Manager App is designed with Fleet Manager tasks in mind but is open to anyone with an iConnectData login.

How To
View Account Summary
Tap Home to view credit availability, account status, and more.
Switch Account
Use the switch icon in the top right to change the account code and customer ID.
Search for a Card
Tap Cards. Enter the card details and tap Search.
Issue Override
Tap Cards and search for the card. Tap the card, and tap One-Time Payment. Then, enter the amount and tap Submit.
View & Edit a Card
Tap Cards and search for the card. Tap the card to view details or tap Edit in the top right to make changes. When finished, tap Submit.
Search for a Driver
Tap Drivers. Enter at least one search criteria, and tap Search. To edit, tap Edit in the top right.
Add a Driver
Tap Drivers and then tap Add New Driver ID. Enter the driver’s details, and tap Save.
Search for a Vehicle
Tap Vehicles. Enter at least one search criteria, and tap Search. To edit, tap Edit in the top right.
Create New Vehicle
Tap Vehicles and then tap Add New Vehicle ID. Enter the vehicle’s details, and tap Save.
View Decline Details
Tap Activity and enter the card number, last name, or last name and Search. Tap a transaction to view the transaction details.

The Fleet Manager App requires an ICD profile. You should create an ICD account on your computer before accessing the Fleet Manager mobile app.
No, the Fleet Manager App includes some but not all of the features within ICD. An Admin should continue to use their desktop today for features like ordering cards or updating driver’s personal information.
Select the gear icon at the top right of the home screen to adjust your settings.
First, you will want to check for updates and update the mobile app. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, delete the mobile app, and reinstall it.
