What determines a cardholder’s “minimum available balance” when the pay-at-the-pump limits are applied?

Comdata will authorize based on the lowest available amount within the tiered limits recorded in
the card profile. For limits other than the transaction limit (e.g., the daily or cycle limits), Comdata
will base the lowest available amount on the current limit minus the current usage due (or current
balance due for account-level limits).
